Introducing New Accessories for Your iPad: Looking Beyond the Apple Store

If your iPad is on the way and you can't wait to outfit and protect it with great accessories, you don't have to limit yourself to the Apple Store. Amazon is adding daily to its selection of iPad accessories here.

Some of these items are still in pre-order limbo, and Amazon is still working on some of the infrastructure through which it will be selling iPads and iPad accessories.  Personally, I am waiting for this handsome Targus Hughes Leather Portfolio Slipcase, which looks like it will be priced at $59.99.

    I personally am looking for a smooth leather case in something other than black or brown, not a slip case but like Apple's own case which will also serve as a stand. Would love to have, maybe, shocking pink. I doubt the guys are looking for shocking pink but a lot of the ladies will be.

    Think I will hold on till the HP Slate comes out. It will have most of the things on it that the iPad is missing...
